Query Signal Core exists to audit procurement applications — not to run a buying department, and not to write someone else’s bid. The office is at 6, Jalan Batu 3, in Klang, Selangor. Work is by appointment.
Why the work is a file, not a dashboard
Procurement applications still arrive as folders, portal PDFs, and email chains that someone printed “for the file.” Our job is to read those papers against the instruction or the internal procedure that was supposed to govern them, then write down what a later reader would not be able to reconstruct from memory.
Aisha Rahman opened the practice after years of sitting inside evaluation files at a Selangor trading group. The pattern was familiar: a complete-looking pack, a recommendation that could not be walked backwards, and a Friday afternoon scramble for a missing CIDB copy. The independent desk is slower, and that is the point.
We take tender packs before they are submitted, incoming vendor applications for buying organisations, evaluation trails, internal purchase requisitions, and supplier registration files. We do not price works, draft method statements, or sit as a voting evaluator on a file we have reviewed.

The office is a working room, not a gallery. Bring the papers, or send a numbered PDF tree in advance. Parking is street-side; say if you need a ground-floor table. We also travel to client rooms in Klang, Shah Alam, and the rest of the Klang Valley when the file cannot leave the premises.
