How a review runs
This is the working sequence for an application audit at Query Signal Core. It is the same whether the pack is a tender about to be submitted or a quarter’s purchase requisitions already on the shelf.
You name the class of application, the period or closing date, and where the papers live. We confirm we are not already conflicted on the same file, and we send a short engagement note with the desk-day fee and what we will not do (no bid writing, no voting on an evaluation we have reviewed).
For a single tender pack, the sample is the whole pack. For a population of requisitions or vendor applications, we agree a draw from a named period before the first morning. You also send the instruction, policy, or onboarding checklist that governed those applications.
We work at 6, Jalan Batu 3, or in a room you provide. Each file gets a contents list, a completeness pass, then a consistency pass. Missing pages are listed the same day so someone can fetch them while we are still in the building.
You receive a written note: each finding tied to a page, form, or minute. We distinguish absent documents from documents that are present but cannot do the work the instruction requires. There is a short close-out conversation. No dashboard, no score out of a hundred unless you asked for a trail map of existing scores.
A later corrective re-audit uses the original numbering on a fresh sample from the period after the repair. We do not tick findings closed on the strength of a circular alone.
