Privacy note

Query Signal Core, 6, Jalan Batu 3, Klang, Selangor 41300, Malaysia, handles personal data in the course of auditing procurement applications. This note explains what we collect, why, and how you can ask about it. It is written with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 in mind.

What we collect

From people who contact us: name, organisation, email, telephone, and the message about the file. From application packs you give us: names, identity-document copies, signatures, job titles, and other personal data that already sit in those papers. We do not seek extra personal data for marketing lists.

Why we use it

To answer an intake, to perform the review you asked for, to invoice, to keep an engagement record, and to meet legal duties (including tax). We do not sell personal data. We do not use it to profile you for advertising.

Where it sits

Working copies may be on encrypted disks in Klang and, where you send email, in our mail host. If a review happens at your premises, papers may never leave your room except as notes we are engaged to write. We do not run an account login on this website.

Sharing

We share personal data with a person you name on the engagement, with professional advisers under confidentiality, with a bank when you pay an invoice, and with authorities when the law requires it. We do not place application files on public cloud folders unless you instruct that channel in writing.

Retention

Intake messages are kept as long as needed to answer and to show what was agreed. Engagement files are kept for a period that matches ordinary professional record-keeping in Malaysia, then destroyed or returned. You may ask for a shorter period where the law allows.

Your requests

You may ask to see personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to limit its use where the PDPA gives that right. Write to intake@querysignal-core.digital or to the Klang address. We may need to confirm who is asking. Some application papers belong to your organisation; we will not rewrite a client’s file on a third party’s request without a lawful basis.
