Before the envelope leaves the office

Tender pack review

An independent reading of a bid or tender application before it is submitted, focused on completeness, internal consistency, and the evidence the buyer is likely to test.

A tender application is often assembled under time pressure, by several hands, from folders that were last used on a different job. We sit with the pack as an outsider would: checking that forms match annexes, that experience claims can be traced to certificates, and that the commercial pages do not contradict the technical ones.

This is a review, not bid writing. We do not draft your method statement or price the works. We record what a careful reader would flag, so your own team can repair the file while there is still time.

Who it is for

Contractors, suppliers, and in-house bid teams preparing a submission for a Malaysian public or private tender.

What you receive

A marked findings note, a gap list ordered by risk to evaluation, and a short close-out discussion at our Klang desk or at your office.
